What we provide, what we ask of you, and where each side's responsibility ends.

Who can enrol
You need to be at least sixteen to hold an account. If you are under eighteen, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.
One account belongs to one person. Course access is not transferable, and sharing login details is the one thing that will get an account closed without a refund.
What you get
A paid course gives you access to its lessons, materials and community for as long as the course exists on the platform, including updates we make to it.
Live workshops and webinars run on a published schedule. If we cancel a live session you may attend the next run or take a full refund for it.
Certificates
Certificates are issued when you complete the lessons and pass the final assessment. Each one carries a verification link an employer can check.
A certificate records that you completed a CeyLearnia course. It is not a degree, it is not accredited by a university, and we do not present it as either.
What we ask of you
Course materials are ours or our instructors'. You may use them to learn. You may not republish, resell or redistribute them, and you may not record live sessions without permission.
Treat other learners and instructors decently in community spaces. We remove people who harass others, and we do not refund them.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for delivering the course you paid for, to the standard described on its page. If we fail at that, the refund policy applies.
We are not responsible for the outcome of your career. We teach the skills and review the work; what happens at an interview is outside anything we control, and nobody who promises you otherwise is being straight with you.
Changing these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be emailed to everyone with an active account at least thirty days before they take effect.
If you disagree with a change, you may close your account and claim a pro-rata refund on any unused membership period.
